1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeeuzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the jeeuzz website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jeeuzz platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of jeeuzz after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written and provided in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative and binding version. Any translated version provided for convenience is non-binding, and in the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Amendments

jeeuzz reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the jeeuzz platform. The updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is stated.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the jeeuzz platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jeeuzz, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jeeuzz or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

2.1 Player Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your use of jeeuzz is lawful in your country, state, or territory of residence. jeeuzz makes no representation that access to or use of its services is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players located in Bangladesh acknowledge that they access jeeuzz on this basis and bear sole responsibility for any legal consequences arising from their use of the platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of jeeuzz services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one jeeuzz account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes. jeeuzz reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information you provide at any time.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal request, jeeuzz will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You will be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeeuzz account credentials, including your username and password. jeeuzz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify jeeuzz support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jeeuzz will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jeeuzz supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on jeeuzz are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.1 Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your jeeuzz wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account balance depending on the originating bank.
• jeeuzz does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only accounts that have been verified or are in the process of verification may deposit. jeeuzz reserves the right to hold funds from unverified accounts until KYC is completed.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same account (return-to-source policy).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, subject to liquidity review for amounts above ৳500,000.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. In practice, most bKash and Nagad withdrawals complete within 2 hours during normal operating hours.
• You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine gameplay activity. Depositing funds and withdrawing without placing wagers of reasonable volume may be treated as suspicious activity and trigger an enhanced review.
• jeeuzz reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly for large amounts or where fraud indicators are present.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All balances, bets, and payouts on jeeuzz are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jeeuzz does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jeeuzz offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. Real-money funds will be used first in gameplay unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. The use of multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• jeeuzz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Players who consistently exploit promotional structures in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play may be excluded from future promotions at jeeuzz's sole discretion.

5.2 Void Bets and Bonus Forfeiture

If a bet placed using bonus funds is voided for any reason (for example, due to a match cancellation or a technical error), the voided stake will be returned to the bonus balance rather than the real-money balance. If bonus funds are found to have been obtained through misrepresentation or in breach of these Terms, jeeuzz reserves the right to void all associated bets and confiscate any resultant winnings.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on jeeuzz is governed by the specific rules applicable to each market, game type, or event. These product-level rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. The following general principles apply across all jeeuzz products.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

• A bet is accepted and binding only when you receive a confirmation from jeeuzz with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation are not valid.
• jeeuzz reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a technical fault.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension event are valid; bets submitted during a suspension period are not accepted.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC international matches — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the governing body is final.

6.2 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games on jeeuzz — including video slots, virtual table games, and instant games from providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is statistically independent and unpredictable. jeeuzz does not control game outcomes and cannot influence results in any direction.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games streamed via Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other live studio providers are governed by the rules displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game provider's systems and records, which are treated as authoritative. jeeuzz is not liable for losses arising from player-side internet or device failures during live game sessions.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or software bug that results in a clearly incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed or settled, jeeuzz reserves the right to void the affected bets and reprocess them at the correct price or outcome. A "manifest error" is defined as an error that a reasonable person would clearly recognise as incorrect at the time of the bet. jeeuzz's decision in this regard is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeeuzz and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account under another person's identity or with false information.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or theft.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption affecting the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI-based wagering tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets without genuine human decision-making.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or bonus structures in a manner that is not consistent with legitimate gameplay.
• Attempting to manipulate live game outcomes through collusion with other players or with platform staff.
• Accessing jeeuzz via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Sharing your jeeuzz account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
• Using jeeuzz for any commercial purpose, including running a betting syndicate using a personal account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jeeuzz support staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your jeeuzz account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text address — not a clickable link). Before closing your account, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements are forfeited and any pending withdrawal requests will be settled within the standard processing window. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by jeeuzz

jeeuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in Section 2.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your financial institution.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.

Where an account is closed by jeeuzz for breach of these Terms, any balances held in the account — including real-money balances and bonus funds — may be forfeited at jeeuzz's discretion. jeeuzz will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a voluntary self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account is suspended, all marketing communications are halted, and re-access is not permitted until the exclusion period has elapsed. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeeuzz's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jeeuzz account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jeeuzz is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the jeeuzz platform.
